let there be glass, and there; It was Glassified. And it was good !
In 2003 a computer scientist from York University who had a huge student loan, no job and a landlord chasing him for the rent, managed to find a newspaper in a local coffee shop with a page called; Classifieds. It just happened that the first ad. posted was from a Glass company hiring a salesman for the new location. He found the glass work to be fascinating. It can be rough and dangerous to work with glass. You can find yourself in a -30 hanging from a tall building moving a shattered window. It is also Art. Stained glass designs, textured glass. Murano And Venetian mirrors. It requires old craftsmanship and at the same time keeping up-to-date with latest technology in associated tools, hardware and systems. How could something invisible be so beautiful ? It is like your heart, you have to let the light shine through it. Well it is really poetic but keep the band aid handy , you never know. Back to the story; yes the young curious man was soon joined by a friend who was an Artist, A musician. Together they discovered the world of Glass. A journey that continued with the establishment of Glassified Company. Throughout the years we have Served and worked with Many contractors, designers, property managers. We are associated with other glass companies and Factories. And still the Network of our business partners and friends is growing .
